50th Anniversary

It's one of our new neighbors' 50 Anniversary, so I made them this card. Not too special, but I hope they'll like it.

The matting and numbers are shimmery gold and the butterfly is embossed with gold embossing powder on vellum and cut out. The white layer was cut with a Spellbinders die. The numbers were cut with a Cuttlebug die set. The butterfly is mounted on foam squares under the body only. I used a Fiskars punch on the corners of the gold layer.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Elegant and beautiful! The butterfly is so pretty embossed on vellum. Such an intricate cut. Those tiny antennae are amazing. Your neighbors must have been so pleased with your thoughtfulness.
