More Poppies

Another birthday card for a friend. It's been great to be back in my stamping room. It's still not often enough, but has been enjoyable.

This die cut was sitting on my table. I had cut it out of white. I used Copic markers to color it. Then it sat for a while longer. I finally used it on a card. I matted it with New Leaf cardstock (Papertrey.) I mounted the panel on foam squares. The sentiment is from Papertrey, also.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

I love the flowers extending past the raised mat. It give a lot more dimension. The red makes them pop as well!

Love how the poppies pop out of the frame, Lynette! What a gorgeous card.

I know what you mean about not having enough time to spend in your stamp room. By the time I've done all the things I have to do, I've run out of energy and don't make it into my ARTHaven! I've got so many ideas and things I want to try, and it can get pretty frustrating at times.
