Updates

Thanks so much for all of your prayers for my dad! He had his PET scan last Thursday and got a call from his doctor already. He does not have to have radiation at this time! They are going to continue to keep a close eye on him.

As to my whereabouts for the past week, this picture is a clue. We went to Disney World! We left on Sunday and got back home on Saturday. We were there with our daughter, son, son-in-law, daughter-in-law and four of our grandchildren. (Wyatt stayed home with his other grandparents. Much better choice for him, and a bit easier for us.) What an amazing time we had - totally unbelievable! I think we saw most everything that there was to see. (Actually, I'm pretty sure it's not possible to see EVERYTHING on one trip, but we sure tried our best!)

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Good news for your father!!! Will continue to keep him in my prayers.

That Tree of Life is such a neat piece!!! Such a nice picture of you and Jim in front of it. We wanted our grandkids to see it but when we were headed that way they had paths blocked off for a parade and we were done for the day.

Wonderful news about your Dad, Lynette!

I love the picture. I hope you all had a fabulous time at Disney World. It is my favorite place to travel! I'm taking my Mom on her first trip in December :-)

Lynette...great news about your dad. I will continue to pray for him and his continued health. I'm glad your "vacancy from the web" was for such a great reason! Welcome home!
