The card part on this card is the black die-cut frame. I guess the patterned paper is a card part, also, because it was pre-cut and fit perfectly into the frame. The paper is from Gina K. The sentiment is from Stampendous.

It's a card part. I have a few in my card parts drawers, too. This paper is beautiful. Birds and flowers -- two of my favorites!
I hadn't thought of framing some pretty paper as a focal point, but it's a great idea. I'm going to look at my papers a little differently now. Thanks for the idea!
