Anniversary in Purple

And one more simple card before I'm probably gone for a long time again! I really need to get my calendars done, and at least I have made some progress with them in the past few days. I cut the bottom layer of this card with a Spellbinders die. The heart (and tiny dots) was done with a Martha Stewart punch, with purple cardstock underneath. That panel is mounted on foam squares. The sentiment is from Gina K.

A Friend Like You

I pulled out this die when I was looking for a specific one for another card and thought I'd make a card using it. I added green underneath it. The sentiment is from Gina K.

You are Loved

Time sure flies, doesn't it? So much to do, so little of that elusive time! I finally have three cards to share with you. I actually made them a few weeks ago and finally have time to share them. This one was made using Gina K's wreath builder, and also the stamps are all from Gina K. Just another simple card, as are the other two I will share with you in the next couple of days.

November Calendar Page

Happy November, everyone! Here is my calendar page for the month. I truly can not believe that it's November already, and that I have so much to do before Christmas!! At any rate, here's what I used for this month's page: Gina K pumpkin stamps embossed with detail gold powder, Zig Clean Color markers and Hero Arts sentiment stamp.

Punches and Versamark Stamping

I was looking for a punch one day a few weeks ago and found some punches that I took out to use "at a later date." Well, here are two cards that I made with my pieces. I have a few more pieces, but I don't know when I'll get to using them on cards. We're going to be very busy for about a month. Both punches are from Martha Stewart and are many years old. And, on both cards, I used background stamps and Versamark ink. The sentiment on this first one is popped up with foam squares.

I'm pretty sure that this sentiment stamp is from Gina K.

October Calendar Page

Poof - it's October! Here is my calendar page for the month. The stamps are all from Gina K. I sponged around the edges and used a gel pen on the eyes and nose. Have a great month!!

Cheerful Daisies

The yellow gingham background is wrapping paper. The daisies are from Sheena and the sentiment is from My Favorite Things. I did the light coloring with Copic markers.

More Foiled Butterflies

The butterflies on both of these cards were done with my Glimmer Hot Foil system - both the original and the negative. The butterflies are all mounted on foam squares. And both sentiments are from My Favorite Things.
The frame on this card was also foiled. I added some sequins from Gina K.

Watercolored Flower Anniversary

More card parts used up on this card - the flower and the leaves. I had heat embossed the images a few years ago, I'm sure, and watercolored them. I didn't check for sure, but I'm quite certain that they are from Gina K. The sentiment is from Gina K, also. The top of the card is glued shut. The patterned paper is from Bo Bunny, I believe.

Simple Embossing

I ordered a few things from Altenew a couple weeks ago. I had purchased a stamp set several months ago, but didn't have the dies, and they were finally on sale. So, while I was ordering that die set, I added an embossing folder, and also an embossing folder with a coordinating stencil set. You'll see that soon. I made these two cards with one of the folders. The first one is simply white with the sentiment.
On this second one, I embossed it on black and lightly used a blending brush to cover it with white ink. The sentiment is embossed with white and popped up on foam squares.

Simple Birthday

I had another scrap of this patterned paper, so I made this card. The bottom panel was embossed with an Anna Griffin folder. The glittery die-cut sentiment was in my card parts book. I've been doing a fairly good job of only taking pieces out of the book and not adding any new ones. MAYBE some day I'll use them all up. Now THAT would be something! LOL!

Red-Foiled Christmas

This first card measures 5 x 6 1/2 inches. I used my Glimmer Hot foil system with red specialty foil. I simply added the sentiment to complete it.

These next two cards were made with the negative foil. The sentiments are from Lawn Fawn.
I used a Sizzix embossing folder for the background on this third card, and silver matting.

Thanks

Another Martha Stewart punch was used for this card. I added scored lines to it, matted it and popped it up with foam squares. The frame around it was embossed with a Nestabilities die.

Christmas Wishes

A couple more Christmas cards. I'm getting close to having enough made for this year. What is really behind is my calendar. I only have three months done. I feel I'm running out of time for them! These cards are pretty simple and self-explanatory, I think. The thin striped strips were in my "strips jar."

Foiled Anniversary Roses

More foiiled pieces using my Glimmer system. I colored this one with Copic markers. The matting has edges punched with an old Martha Stewart punch. (I have a few punches out on my table, waiting to be used.) I added a scored line on the bottom and the top. The sentiment was printed on my computer and foiled with foil and a laminator. I added several sequins of various sizes.

This one is made with the negative of the first card.

Simple Sympathy

This stamped sentiment was in my card parts book. I die-cut it, matted it and popped it up on foam squares. I die-cut some leaf sprigs and added them. I used some pretty patterned paper for the background.

Foiled Christmas

Two more cards I made using pieces done with my Glimmer Hot Foil system. This first one is 7 x 3 3/4 inches. I matted with red. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn.

This one was done with the negative foil and matted with dark blue. This sentiment is also from Lawn Fawn and is mounted on foam squares.

Thinking of You in Black and White

These black and white strips were in a jar and were in my way, so I used them up! LOL! They were already this size except for one strip which I cut in half. I placed them on a black panel and added a popped-up sentiment, which is from Hero Arts.

On My Mind

Two identical cards with different colors. The stamps are from Gina K. I colored each with Prismacolor pencils. I used Gamsol on the second one, but not this first one. I scored lines with my Scor-Buddy and matted the panels.
