Flowers and Circles and Dots

A "card parts" card. The embossed pieces were both left over from a project.

I embossed the white main piece three times with a small Cuttlebug folder. I also scored a couple lines on it. The flowers are Primas and are attached with white brads. The green layer was embossed with a Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder. I matted that layer with white and mounted on foam squares. The sentiment is from Papertrey ink and is stamped with Green Galore to match the matting and flowers.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

That's really lovely, Lynette. Love the colours, and the lighter green flower in the centre. The embossing surrounding the flowers is perfect, and the white centres echo the white of the card. You really can't do better than that good old standby, Swiss Dots, can you! It was my very first embossing folder, a real classic. In your card, the dots echo the circular theme. You've got SUCH an eye for this!

Thanks for your lovely comment - glad you like what's happening at the new house, and yes, I am super-excited about it all. I've unpacked quite a lot of art boxes in the spare room and will soon be ready to start putting things in what I've been told should now be called my Art Heaven lol!!

Have a great weekend.

Oooh, this is bright and perky and cute and I love it! The Green Galore looks great. I still have some of that, but don't use it often. Got to dip into some of those older colors.
