I used a Gina K set to make this card. I thought about coloring it, but decided to try it stamped in plum. I like the way it turned out. The image is stamped on the top and bottom of the panel, with the sentiment stamped in between. I added four thin strips - one on each side of the images.

Lynette, your card is beautiful! I have a Christmas stamp I want to do that way.
Your card looks great! I like it all stamped in plum. I never think to do that. I have some "over and below the sentiment" stamps and I'll have to give this technique a try.

Wow, this is gorgeous! Sometimes I think a detailed stamp like this almost looks better without coloring. A lot of the Power Poppy stamps seem that way to me. I love it in plum. Now you've got me all inspired!
