Purple Thank You

Here is another Technique Tuesday card for you today.  (In case you're interested, here is the link the the Technique Tuesday thread from yesterday in which I was "spotlighted.")

I started by stamping the label with a stamp from TTs Simply Stated with Versamagic Spring Pansy ink. I added the sentiment, from the same set, with Purple Hydrangea ink and the dots with Spanish Olive. The flowers are from TT's Growing Wild set. I masked the label and stamped them with Versamagic inks, also - Purple Hydrangea and Spanish Olive. The dragonflies are from Growing Wild. The embossing is done with a Cuttlebug folder and the scoring is done with a Scor-Pal. The matting is PTI's Plum Pudding. I added a pearl for the flower center.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Love the way you did the label over the flower stems. I don't think to mask things off very often and that worked so nice on your card. Very pretty! Pretty embossing folder too!

This is so delicate, Lynette. The soft colors you've chosen are just right! Great job as always.

I just checked out your cards over on the SCS thread and they are so pretty. I hope you'll get to share the sympathy card here on your blog and the techniques you used to make it. And also how Technique Tuesday works such as how one becomes "featured". I guess I'm just SCS challenged as every time I try to do something there it's never as easy as I personally think it could be. I'd love to be able to learn from someone who has better luck with that site than I do. It's such a great site.

Another beauty! I love the soft colors, the embosing folder and the lines that you made using the Scor-Pal. Congrats again Lynette for being spotlighted on SCS. :)
