Happy Second Birthday, Jonah ... and the Card Giveaway

Our second-to-the-youngest grandson, Jonah, will turn two on the 30th. This is the card that I made for him. I am entering it into the QKR Stampede challenge, which is to make a child's birthday card. Great timing:)

I saw this cute little tugboat on the Silhouette pages and thought I should have it. It is mounted on foam squares. I embossed the light blue piece with a Fiskars texture plate. The sentiment is from My Favorite Things and is embossed with white. I thought the "2" kind of served double duty!

I'm not sure that everyone who left me a comment on this card wanted a chance to receive it, but I "entered" everyone:) Chosen by, the winner is Comment #1, Nikki Smith. Thanks to all for your comments. Nikki, please contact me with your address and I will get your card in the mail!

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!
