Photo Birthday

Believe it or not, the background is a photo I printed from our computer. However. the ink had run out and only yellow was left! I've kept it around for over a year, and finally decided to use it or throw it out. So, here it is! :)

I embossed it with a Darice Daisy folder, and then sanded it down a bit with a sanding block. I had a scrap of vellum that I chose to use. I added Washi tape along the bottom of it and stamped the sentiment (from Papertrey Ink) above the tape. I'll have another card using this embossing folder soon.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Had you not said that the background was a photo I would never have known. It just looks like a colorful background. Good job on using your supplies.

Really? It makes such a beautiful background! I love yellow, and the daisy embossing is perfect with it. What a cheerful and pretty card this is!
