The background stamp is from My Favorite Things. I inked it up with distress markers and spritzed with water before stamping. I matted with light blue. The sentiment stamp is from My Favorite Things, also. I added some sparkle to the candle in the sentiment. The background piece was embossed with a Cuttlebug folder and then matted with the same light blue.

I REALLY love the "paint stripes" on this card! I don't think your brother will be bothered one bit by the pink. Great card!
Well, good grief, I'm way behind in my visiting, aren't I? Love this card! I think it's simplicity will make it great for a guy, even with the pink. Love the color strokes with the bold sentiment.
