Die-Cut Thanks

When I was in Des Moines in June, I used a friend's die to cut these two pieces. So pretty, I think! For this first one, I had cut the piece with ivory cardstock, and then I matted with some Recollections dotted cardstock and mounted on the card base.

For this second one, I had used the die on patterned paper. I added it to an ivory base. I had lost the little triangle for the "A", so I added a matching gem.

Edited to add: This die is from Simon Says Stamp. You can find it here.

Also (with encouragement from Darnell) I am entering these cards into the Inkspirational challenge, which is "Wave."

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

So simple yet so elegant. I do like your cards very much. Would you be willing to share the name of the company that makes that die. Everyone needs Thank you cards.

Thank you, Annie

Oh, man, first I had to get the wreath die I saw on Sheri's blog a while back, now I MUST have this scalloped wave die with the piercing! Do you know who makes it, Lynette? I love both versions with that bold and scrummy polkie-dotted pp! And the gem on the A was genius!! You should edit your post and enter this in the current "Inkspirational" challenge (wave)! It's a winner in my book!! Hugs, Darnell

OMG, the "thanks" is built right it? How awesome and cute! It's a total WOW both ways. I don't know which I like better, but probably equal I think. Brilliant how you fixed the "A" on card #2. That would be easy to lose, but your fix is a perfect finishing touch.
