Turquoise and Cream Birthday

I finally had a chance to finish up a card I started on vacation.

I started with a piece of cream/ivory cardstock from which I had die-cut the stitched rectangle. I used a swirly flower and leaf stamp from The Paper Studio to randomly stamp the pattern over the entire piece. I added turquoise gems to the flower centers. I then took a piece of turquoise cardstock and stamped the sentiment (from Papertrey Ink) and used a leafy stamp from the same set as the flowers. I mounted the ivory piece on foam squares and attached it to the turquoise piece and added both layers to the ivory card base.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

When I randomly stamp designs they look too planned. Your background is great!

That's the cutest flower stamp and it makes the most fabulous background! Really love the twinkle of the turquoise rhinestones. Very pretty, Lynette!
