Paint Chip Balloons Birthday

I had several sheets of paint chips after looking for paint for our dining room. I also had these stamps offs of balloon strings, which is from Papertrey Ink. I combined these things with a Martha Stewart balloon punch and a white gel pen, and this is what I got:) The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
My "card parts" were all cleaned up and organized when I wrote this post so long ago. That felt so good! I threw some out and gave some away and sorted the rest. Of course, now I have a lot more from my "Group Gathering," but I've been working on those, too.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

I have used paint chips on cards before, but never thought to punch them into shapes. I learn something new from you almost every day, Lynette! Thank you!

Great cards using the paint chips! I thought the balloons were made with a die until I read the description that you used a white gel pen to add the "shine" to the balloons. Very nice!

Your shades of blue and green are so pretty! I never really thought to punch shapes from them, but I love the gradual difference in colors for the balloons. Would be pretty with flowers, too. Nice punch! You're so good about using your card parts and other supplies. Such an inspiration to me!
