Here is the Christmas card I made this week. I'm submitting it to the Christmas Card Challenge blog. There is a theme, but the main point is to make a Christmas card. (Edited to add: the theme this week is to use rolled paper flowers.)
I believe this stamp is by Northwoods - I stamped it while at my Group Gathering. This card is a case of my friend, Georgia. I was finally putting away my Christmas cards and found the one she sent me last year. I already had the stamped image out, so I decided to add glitter all over the image, like Georgia did. I first colored the image with Copic markers. I ran it through my Xyron, then added ultrafine glitter to the entire panel. I matted with red, and mounted it on a white cardbase which I embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

So pretty! It looks like it is snowing!
Lovely card, Lynette! I have this stamp but have not used it yet. Northwoods stamps are one of my addictions. They have such great images and most of them are pretty detailed which are difficult for me to color since I'm legally blind. But, their images are just so beautiful I keep collecting them whether I use them or not! LOL!!
I always look forward to your Christmas cards on Sunday. I'm one of those who waits until the last minute to get them done. You'd think I'd learn since I didn't even get any made last year!
So pretty and sparkly!!
Very pretty! Running the design through the xyron is such a great way to add the glitter!
GORGEOUS card!!! Love the coloring on it too...and it so perfect with the embossed snow BG!

What a lovely card. Love the embossing. So glad you joined us this week at Christmas Card Challenges.
Beautiful! The all-over glitter is a fabulous idea! I should do that with one of my otherwise blah images. What a transformation! Of course, this looks like it was a beautiful image to begin with, but with the glitter -- WOW!
Very pretty! Love the sparkles! Thanks for joining us at CCC!
