I simply added strips of Washi tape diagonally across a piece of cardstock, and then a birthday sentiment from Papertrey Ink. I matted with black and mounted on a white cardbase.

Great combination of Washi tape designs. I pulled some out last week too.
Way to use that Washi tape! It looks great! My only two rolls are still sitting unused. I should make a point. This is a really nice design and all those patterns work perfectly together.
