I saw this on a Jennifer McGuire video. I believe she called it a "surprise gate-fold" card. When it's closed, it looks like a typical gate-fold card. When you open it, you see there is a hidden panel.

I think I saw Jennifer's video showing how to make this card. I love her videos! You did a great job on this one. It will definitely be a nice surprise for whoever receives it.
