Happy Birthday, Dear Daughter!

Seems impossible, but our daughter turned 50 years old yesterday!! Gosh, I'm barely older than that myself! :-) Here is the card that I made for her.

The "50" was cut with dies. I added Versamark to them, then sparkly embossing powder and then Ultra-Thick embossing powder, making them more like embellishments. I cut that panel with a new-to-me die. The patterned paper and the ephemera are from Gina K.

Here is the inside. Again, more Gina K products and die-cutting.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

That is so beautiful, Lynette! Your precise creation of the card made it even lovelier. And I love the Gina K products you chose for it. She has such gorgeous papers and stamps. Isn't it crazy how our Erins are now both 50? I agree that you and I are barely out of our 50s ourselves!

Oh, my goodness, an amazing fold and gorgeous paper! Love how you did the letters with the UTEE over sparkle. Very special! Our son turned 50 on his birthday in April. How can that time have passed so quickly???
