This is the one Hanukkah card I made this year. I own VERY few Hanukkah stamps, so I went with a free clipart image. I printed it out twice and cut the flames out of the second one. I mounted them on foam squares and added Stickles to them. The card base is a textured blue cardstock. I matted the image with the same color blue. The middle layer is a shimmery silver. I printed the sentiment on the image at the same time that I printed the image.

We will forgive for the clip art but it is still stunning. Love the little bit of glitter for the flames. Beautiful job.
Great card Lynette! I also have to make one Hanukkah card and never thought about using some clipart. I must remember that. Thanks for the tip.
Wow Lynette, great job on this card. I too have few stamps for Hanukkah. Do not know what clip art is but loveeeeeeee the glitter. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas to you and yours. ekc
Great card!! My husband requested that I make a Hanukkah card for his use this year and it was my first. I didn't have any stamps so I was at a loss for a while. I looked at some images online but I guess I wasn't as patient as you to keep looking until I found one I liked. So, I ended up buying one sentiment stamp and doing a simple matted card with an embossed layer inspired by some of the handmade Hanukkah cards I had seen online during my many searches for ideas. LOL! I was happy with my end result, but it took a long time to get there as I had tried some masking with Star of David images I found online that just didn't suit me. What a process our card making can be! LOL!
Wow. Oh my goodness Lynette this is absolutely brilliant. The sparkle and colors of the flames are gorgeous.
This is beautiful! I love how you enhanced the clipart image with dimension and sparkle.
Love this card!!
