I die-cut the flowers and backed that piece with tie-dye glitter paper. The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink. (As you can tell from the flurry of anniversary cards, I love this sentiment!)

That's a beautiful sentiment! In fact, the whole card is lovely. I'm sure the happy couple loved it. I've never seen tie-dye glitter paper, but it sounds like a fun paper to use.
