The flower is punched using an EK Success Paper Shaper punch and paper I purchased at Anchor Paper. The center is punched with a circle punch, and the leaves are cut with a Sizzix die – both using SU! decorative paper. The stem is just cut with a paper cutter. The sentiment is from PaperTrey Ink’s Mixed Messages set.
I rounded all four corners of the card, and scored the left side three-fourths of an inch from the edge. Then I cut a strip of the pink patterned paper three-fourths inches wide and rounded the two corners on the left side and adhered it to the front of the card. I glued the front to the back on the left side between the edge and the scoring.
This card fits the challenge on Natasha Trupp’s blog “Clean&Simple Stamping” to “Embrace Punches.”
Thanks for looking, and I hope you’ll come back and visit again soon!
