Die-Cut Flower in Frame

Finally, a couple new cards from me. Time is just flying by WAY too fast!! Both of these were made from card parts - the die-cut flowers in frames. I simply added backing and a sentiment to each of them and added them to card fronts. This one has some ancient Stampin' Up! patterned paper behind the die cut. The sentiment is from a Stampendous set. I really like it and need to remember that I have it!
This one has glitter cardstock behind it and the sentiment is from Impression Obsession.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

Those dies make such beautiful cards! I was just looking at those dies in my stash yesterday.

Oooh! That die is beautiful! Love the colors of backgrounds you used, and the glitter is so pretty! Glad you’re back - have missed you!

That die-cut really makes a statement! Isn't it nice to have a few dies that just make the card all by themselves? I think these cards look fantastic. I can see where different background colors can really change the look of the card. For instance, if you used black, it might look very striking. With a pale coral, it could easily be a wedding card and white on textured (embossed) white might make a nice sympathy card. A handy die to have in your stash.

Hi Lynette :) Lovely cards...both of them! Could you please tell me where you found these beautiful flower dies?

Oooh, how pretty they both are! What a fantastic die for this design. I love how you use your card parts. I'm right there with you in that flying time machine. I can't believe how long it's been since I wrote a post. Everything is okay, but I drifted away from the blog temporarily.
