Ink Blending

The card part on these two cards is the stamped flower. One was on white and one was on ivory. They had been heat embossed in white. I simply ink blended over them and added the sentiments. I also added a few gems to this first card.

Great cards! Inkblending is so satisfying, especially over heat-embossed images, isn't it? I hope to do more of it in the new year. It seems I haven't had much time to play with my inks lately.

The design on the first card is very subtle. I think I like the second one the best because it really shows off the embossed design so well. After I stop making Christmas cards, I hope to get into some fun non-holiday ideas........and yet Valentine cards won't be that far off!
