A while back, I spritzed a piece of dark green cardstock with bleach. This is the result. It's been sitting around for all that time and I finally put it on a card to get rid of it. I cut it down and matted it with black. The sentiment, from Gina K, was heat-embossed. I die-cut the leaves, dabbed them with Versamark ink and heat embossed them, too.
Thanks so much for stopping by, and I hope you'll come back and visit again soon!

I don't think I have ever used that technique but it sure gives an interesting background. I like it! I know how you feel though when you can "get rid of it". It made me laugh a bit because I've been there when it was difficult to know how to use something. :)
That's a fun technique. Gald you could use some of your stash, that's always a plus. I haven't done that technique in a long time. I should give it a try next time I spray my kitchen sinks. I think it would be a fun technique for winter cards.TFS
I think your bleach spritz makes a very interesting background. This card turned out great! A long time ago, I painted a heat-embossed line image with bleach. It was kind of a cool technique, but I haven't done it since. Maybe I should try it again.
Great card, Lynette. The bleach technique makes a lovely effect for the background.
