Both the fancy heart and the die-cut panel came from my card parts book. I mounted the panel on foam squares and added the heart spanning the opening. The sentiment is one I've used in a couple of my most recent blog posts. It's from an Avery Elle set.

That heart is so delicate and pretty. Raising your panel up on foam squares makes it even prettier. It almost looks like its suspended on your card front. I think I might have that aperture die somewhere; I should look for it. This is a really neat way to use it.
